7. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arbor Technologies, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Both parties consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

For significant changes, we will also notify you through the platform or via email.
